Your Tasks
As an Inside Sales Representative at ECOMAL Sweden you will be part of a dedicated sales team, serving our existing customers in Nordic, Baltic and Asian area. We believe you are an organised and structured person with a friendly manner who enjoys to do administrative tasks combined with service-minded communication. In your daily work you will:- Support and advise our customers on prices, availabilty and possibilities of our products.
- Conduct price negotiations and monitor price agreements.
- Create offers and confidently manage incoming orders.
- Win follow-up orders.
- Keep the relevant data up to date.
Your Profile
- Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service preferred, ideally in the electronic components industries or other technical industries.
- Professional communication by phone and mail.
- Experience with MS Office, good knowledge of Excel.
- English language skills, written and verbal.
- Finnish or Estonian language skills is an asset.
- Good numeracy skills.
