Your Tasks
As an Area Sales Manager for electronic components, you will drive sales and develop new business in the field. You are a sales-driven, highly motivated professional with strong technical understanding and confident negotiation skills. Key responsibilities:- Support customers with electronic and electromechanical component requirements
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while acquiring new accounts
- Identify customer needs and provide (technical) solutions in cooperation with internal teams
- Preparation and tracking of offers until the order is placed
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
- Responsibility for budget and margin as well as for the realisation of the set sales targets
- Tracking, analysis and evaluation of current business and acquisition of follow-up orders
Your Profile
- 3+ years in electronic components, preferably but not a must, as (outside) sales
- Professional/Educational background in Electronics, either by university studies or experience
- Solid understanding of electronic components and where to apply them
- Sales-driven, with a strong customer focus and equipped with strong communication skills
- Confident negotiation skills and proactive, results-driven attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Turkish and well-developed English skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally
